Alyson Rae stoner is an American actress, singer and dancer. Cheaper the Dozen Cheaper the Dozen 2, and the Step Up films are only a handful of the film roles they have played. Alyson stoner was an 'adverse triple threat' in the world of Disney Channel when she co-hosted Mike's Super Short Show. The show was a hit with those of a certain age group with Missy Elliott Work It's Little Pigtailed Dancer at age seven. Alyson is born in August 1993 was a model, singer, actress and songwriter. Her most notable roles are Max in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and Isabella Garcia Shapiro and Jenny in Phineas and Ferb. The roles she has played before included Sally as well as Mike's Super Short Show.. and now she has written about her "four-year-old vegan/plant-based" lifestyle on an Instagram posting. Stoner prefaced the post by saying she 'doesn't tell people what's best for their bodies'. Stoner wanted to talk about her experience of how a renunciation to the use of animal products has helped her health, both physically and mentally.
